Let me ask you. Who makes their own ice cream, fresh fruit preserves, and butter? We do. Food has always been a passion of mine. Whether it was spending time in my mom’s kitchen in South Tampa watching and learning techniques of a good cook, sitting at the feet of a master chef on the Via Veneto in Rome, Italy, or visiting the kitchens of incredible restaurants all around the world – food, cooking, creating, has been my life’s enjoyment.
Some people remember their first kiss. Well I remember my first couscous, at a small gathering in the countryside on the outskirts of Dijon, France while attending undergraduate school at the University of Dijon.
Our credo, “It’s About The Food,” says it all. I love food, and take great care to make sure you and your guests enjoy every single morsel of food we serve…for we want your guests talking about the food served for weeks and months after your party. We do absolutely no advertising…for word of mouth is the only way we secure clientele, so our food must be exceptional.
Whether you are having a rehearsal dinner for 50, a wedding for 150, or a corporate party for 300, be assured, it would be my pleasure to serve you and your guests. And remember too that we have fed over 10,000 at one time, and have catered Craft-Services for many television and movie productions. We pride ourselves on always serving fresh made food that tastes home cooked and awesome!
