2 day on-site training

In addition to all the service listed herein, we visit your company for two days for extensive training and
evaluation. We schedule this time around your first catering or tasting event. Prior to our arrival, we will assist in menu planning, recipes, buying of food supplies, and dealing with your clients. We prepare you in every way for ultimate triumph and profitability.

Upon arrival at your location, we work with you on every detail, from the initial set-up, staff training, cooking, service levels, and clean up. You will begin your catering experience with a fresh appeal and approach unparalleled in your area…and our systems are easy to follow for future events.

Once your first event is over, we will provide you with a detailed written report outlining our analysis within 5 business days.
